CATS Academy provides executive coaching to senior executives to enable them to achieve their professional as well as personal goals. Executive coaching facilitates executives to gain powerful insights to attain highly challenging goals and sometimes even breakthroughs.

The coaching is provided by setting highly inspiring, challenging and measurable goals and the coaching cycle is spread over approximately 12-16 weeks, comprising 10-12 sessions with each session lasting for about 60-70 minutes. The first session needs to be in person and the rest of them, either in person or via telephone. During these highly focused and qualitative interactions, different coaching tools like ‘clearing space’ are used.

CATS Academy has successfully completed about 30 assignments at the level of MD, President, Director, Vice President, General Manager in many reputed organizations from banking, insurance, engineering, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
