	Atul Bapat
	The Founder member and the Chief Executive Officer of CATS Academy, Atul Bapat is multi-faceted and a die- hard optimist with many noteworthy professional, corporate and global achievements. His passion, dedication and determination to build a successful enterprise with a rich understanding of corporate strategies rises from his more than 23 years of experience in the corporate sector.

He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduation in Management from the premier institutes in India and has a work experience of 13 years in Mercedes-Benz India, responsible for South Asia, overseeing dealer development, training and sales. He also served Bosch India for 5 years and was responsible for the entire Eastern region. He is a Certified Coach, Trainer and Assessor from Results Coaching System, Australia; Certified Internal Auditor for TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2000 from TUV Sud and certified member of International Sales Management Program as well as International Dealer Development Program from Mercedes-Benz Global Training, Germany.

He is a Certified Consultant of Persona GLOBAL, USA and Accredited Facilitator for WorldsView™ Consulting, South Africa.

Atul has attained global footprint by successfully executing many national and international projects with strong leadership skills and has travelled extensively within India and across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. He has been interacting and dealing with some of the top corporate leaders from different countries at various hierarchy levels and has been demonstrating exemplary interpersonal skills. With his intense zeal and highly focused approach supplemented with the extensive knowledge that he has amassed over the years, he is all set to propel CATS Academy to the top of corporate league.

CATS Academy has joined hands with Persona GLOBAL, USA to be their Global Partner in India. We have a high profile team of Certified Consultants who are involved in providing business solutions of Persona GLOBAL in India.

Under Atul’s leadership, CATS Academy was chosen by WorldsView™ Consulting, South Africa as their first Global Partner in Asia.
