T Suresh Kumar

Suresh Kumar has more than three decades of rich experience in IT and Telecom sector including some key positions in Top Management. After his B.E in Electronics and Tele Communication, Suresh pursued a post graduation in operations research management. He is a Certified Executive Coach from RCS Australia, is a CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst), a CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) and TriMetrix (Axiology); from TTI- USA. He is the founding member and CEO of a training organization-Pravarra, Chennai.

Satish Mandora

Satish works as a Trainer and Success Coach and is the Chief promoter of Square Circles. He is certified REBT practitioner and certified coach from Results Coaching System Australia. Emotional Intelligence and EI based Leadership has supported sustainable change initiatives for many of his clients. Satish works on all aspects of behavior sciences and has addressed seminars and workshops for different walks of life. He is B.E Mechanical and MBA Marketing with over 20 years of work experience.

Dhiraj Gosavi

Dhiraj holds an MBA in HR and Marketing and has a Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare from Symbiosis International University. Currently, he is Manager- Business Development and Logistics at CATS Academy. He has assisted in the Assessment Centres run by CATS Academy for more than 250 employees till date. He is the central co-ordinator for Persona GLOBAL in India and Bangladesh. He was involved in various projects related to HR Consulting.

Pravin Potdar

Pravin has more than 22 years of experience in diversified areas such as FMCG, media, corporate sales etc. including 15+ years as a facilitator and trainer. He has a passion to work closely with sales teams to enhance their performance substantially. As a Certified Internal Auditor, he takes keen interest in ensuring implementation of standardized processes across organizations. Currently, he is the Placement Director with a leading Management Institute.
